Billing Cycle Changes

Middle Tennessee Natural Gas constantly evaluates our business practices to make sure our customers are served in the best way possible. Because of this, changes are needed in the way we read meters and send out bills. We will be changing our meter reading by grouping the accounts in a geographical way as to make meter reading and billing as efficient as possible. Our goal is to read your meter one day and have it billed within two days, so our customers will have more time to pay that bill.
The biggest impact on our customers will be the change in the “due” dates and “Bank Draft” dates. The date shown next to “NET AMOUNT DUE BY” is your new “due” date or “Bank Draft” date. Please adjust your records accordingly.
We will roll out this new process in early summer, when gas consumption is lower and the impact will be minimal on your gas bill.
