Terminating Service

Leaving our Service Area?
Moving to a house that does not currently have natural gas service?

Whatever the reason, we will miss having you as a customer, and hope that you will come back to us as soon as you are able. So, as you leave us, we want to offer you that same exceptional customer service you have come to expect.

To terminate your gas service, simply contact your local office, let us know what weekday date you would like the service to end, and to which address to send the final bill. We will send someone out to read the meter on the day you requested and our office will calculate your final bill, including refunding any deposits or adjusting any levelized billing.

Please remember that if your new home or business is in our service area and simply does not have natural gas service yet, we would love to talk with you about installing new service there and keeping you as a customer.
