Online Bill Pay
Our online bill pay system is in transition. Our existing vendor discontinued service on January 31, 2024.
Effective immediately, you can enroll in our new Customer Portal or download our Customer Portal Mobile App for online access to your MTNG utility account anytime. To enroll in the MTNG Customer Portal, make a one-time online payment, or set up autopay, click the corresponding link in the upper right-hand corner of any page on this website under “MTNG Customer Portal” and follow the instructions. Once enrolled in the MTNG Customer Portal, you can set up new online autopay and/or easily access a wealth of information about your MTNG account(s).
Important Change
Also effective February 1, 2024, natural gas utility payments made online or by phone through the MTNG Customer Portal or using the MTNG Mobile App will be charged a transaction fee by the service provider at the time of the transaction. The fee will be charged directly to the customers using those services. MTNG does not receive these transaction fees – they go directly to the vendor. We highly recommend that you use our free Bank Draft program to avoid paying any transaction fees.

- Online or by-phone payments with e-check: $1.95 transaction fee
