Got exact change?
If your bill doesn’t end in an even nickel or dime ($0.05 or $0.10), we kindly ask if you can pay the exact amount.
No change on hand? No Problem!
If you don’t have the exact change, you can easily pay using your debit card, credit card, electronic check, or right through our online payment portal.
Want to stick with cash anyway?
If you can’t or prefer not to use a card or online portal, we will round your cash payment up to the nearest nickel. Don’t worry, you won’t lose that money! Every extra penny you pay will be credited straight to your account for next month.
